The ideal team combines the theoretical knowledge of engineers with tha practical knowledge of guys like Jim. They are eqally important.

Arcimoto’s knowledgeable, practical, and visionary CEO pulled together a team of knowledgeable people with practical experience. I know of 2 failed three wheeler startups that pulled together a team of marketers and fund raisers; not one knowledgeable and or practical engineer in the bunch.
