Hello again and I hope everyone is doing great!
Any news out there or glimmer of hope they open the doors and start back up again?
Are there any service facilities still operating where we can get tech support and if so where and what’s a phone #?
Thanks in advance
Steve

Keeps Dying ? |

Hi,
I'm new the forum so please bear with me. I have a 2020 model, with only 580 miles. I got it from the previous owner with 180 miles. My situation is that Arcimoto died on me once when it hit at about 250 miles. I thought I might have bumped the kill switch, did a restart and it never happen again. Now the other day it happened again and was baffled, was able to restart but happened several times. Then there was now power at all. Didn't know about the soft reset and the hard reset until I got the Arcimoto home. which I performed. Thought it was fine, charged it overnight and it happened all over again ?
Now coincidence ? I was using the wall charger a few weeks back and the charger started to buzz. I left it for about 15 seconds and noticed it was reading power fault. Noticed the charger plug starting to get warm at the plugged end and unplugged immediately. Used another cord and everything was fine.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated (sorry for the long description).

New Battery...still shows no charge |

Hello,
After installing a new battery, I thought I would be good to go. Although everything lights up, the charging on the screen shows "000" charge. I charged the new battery before swapping the old one out.
The power cable (120v) has the power light lit up but no charging light as in the past. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hello and I’m guessing that the brake pads probably wore out faster than they should have but is anyone else having the following issues…
Brakes sound like they are dragging or scraping
Brake squeel is awful
Parking brake won’t hold the fuv in place on the slightest incline
Thanks in advance and any news about the company reopening or offering some sort of service support?

Helmet required in MA? |

Hello all!
I understand that MA has strict helmet laws but I was wondering if it's required when driving an Arcimoto? Probably is but because of the roll cage, double seatbelts and all the video's I see without helmets being worn I just wanted to ask.
I'm not sure if I am the only owner in MA because I couldn't find anything online, and before I contact the registry or PD, I wanted to check here.
Thanks in advance

FUV won't charge and totally dead |

Hello and I hope everyone on this forum is going great!
I'm pretty sure Arcimoto is out of biz based on what I saw today which is a huge disappointment, so thank you to those that created this forum.
I've been charging my FUV on and off throughout the winter, even took it for a drive in February as well, however it's dead as a doornail now and won't charge. It recommends the 12v trickle charge to get a base in the battery and before I buy that charger is this the right course of action when this happens? 4/17 - I ordered the charger but still looking for feedback.
Thank you in advance to anyone that can help!
Steve

I tried to start my FUV and it has power both 12 volt and HV. BUT - the HV System warning display is showing and it will not run.
I have tried to call, email and go to website but it looks like they are now out of business. I live in Eugene, OR. Anyone know anyone I can contact to get help?

The Barkimoto? |

There was one youtube video where an add on "platform" (jokingly referred to as the barkimoto-looked a little like a motorcycle side car but bolted straight onto the frame of the arcimoto) was shown for the arcimoto to give your pet (i.e. dog or other small four footed beast) a place to ride on your arcimoto. I'm saying that's something I'd be up to purchase and wondering if it's still something they're going to release at some point. At least with two seats fido can be strapped into the back seat but that takes up the other human seat in the process. I'm planning to get doors just because I think it would be safer for a pet in the second seat but that platform seems like a really good idea other than it will make the vehicle a little bit wider I'm thinking.
