Intermittent Outages

Good evening!

As some may have noticed, the website has gone down a couple of times today.  This is due to a situation beyond my control, and may continue for two or three days.  I will eneavor to monitor the website and restore it right away when and if it goes down again.

This issue has been fixed, but in part because of this, I'll soon be migrating the website to a new server.
