Server Migration

To correct a couple bugs and increase website reliability, I will be migrating the forum to a new server in the next few days.  I don't anticipate any significant downtime, but if you try to access the forum and can't, just wait a little while and try again.

If the news we're all anticipating comes out of Arcimoto, I'll put the migration on hold so we can discuss.

I've completed 90% of the migration tasks, and I am at a stable stopping point right now, so I'll hold the rest till after the "big reveal" later this week.
