Delivery date for pre-orders

I was watching the video at jalopnik.com/you-can-have-a-new-ev-for-12-000-but-youre-going-to-ha-1820842729 and noticed Jessie saying that the first pre-order customer orders won't be delivered for 6 to 8 months. That would mean June of 2018 would probably be the earliest.

That seems a realistic timeline.  My understanding is they will complete and deliver the remainder of the S. Series and then start building the 50 Pilot FUVs for delivery and testing prior to scaling for the 2000 Pre-orders mid 2018.  It sounds like the goal is to deliver all the pre-orders in 2018.  I'd be FUV Amazed, but they are already ahead of schedule with the purchase and set up of the BFL in the AMP for assembling the FUV.
