For me the biggest issue is they opened the $5k non refundable Evergreen deposits without knowing how long this last round of certification process would take, seems a little silly to me.

Arcimoto IS aware of the timeline given by the testing labs for the final round of validation testing that includes the vehicle and component parts. They are dealing with multiple labs and the testing schedule is out of Arcimoto’s direct control......sh*t happens.
There is no indication the estimated June delivery will delay at this point in time. Having the 100 Evergreens locked in makes sense to me so the builds can begin immediately following the FMVSS certification tag release.

Wouldn't the 15 or so FUVs out for testing be able to be returned to inventory after testing is complete? Is any part of certification compliance testing destructive?
No crash testing, and yes test vehicles be will returned, but hopefully used to inventory Arcimoto Rentail Centers.
good post!
