Headlight requirements are NHTSA required.......States registration/licensing/endorsement/helmet requirements. Tuesday the 21st is the big day for retesting and hopefully passing the 2 retests with flying colors! I’m optimistic.

I wonder how long the May 21 re-testing takes.....hours or days? I’m hoping for an immediate or ASAP PASS announcement, the FMVSS tags released, and assembly begins. Also, did anyone hear Arcimoto mention at the recent open house, the number of Evergreen Units per day expected to roll out on the new assembly line?

There was no talk of how many to roll off assembly line on my tour.
