We caught some light March snow just a week ago, indicating that it’s still winter in the Willamette Valley, and here at Arcimoto, things may seem just as quiet as the hibernating grape vines. But just like those plants, big things are growing beneath the surface, ready to spring forth.

The strong support we received in our Reg. A+ IPO has allowed us to accelerate our manufacturing plans and begin implementing our automated production capabilities ahead of schedule. THE BIG APPLE

With snow still on the ground in Eugene, our road crew headed out for our East Coast spring tour. Our first stop was for the Press Days at the New York International Auto Show. Once again, we have been very well received as we share the Arcimoto story and showcase our third Signature Series FUV. This is the third visit Arcimoto vehicles have made to Manhattan, and both in our experience at the show and on the road, we’ve been gratified by the performance of the vehicles and the reactions of media, drivers, and onlookers.

As delivery time draws closer, I'm certain future FUV owners' thoughts turn to operator license and helmet requirements.
As the FUV is a fairly different configuration than the Elio, the Elio Maps won't apply in many states and provinces.
Let us know what you've found out about your region's operator license and helmet requirements.

Shout out what your EV's yearly state registration will cost compared to an ICE registration.
If there is currently no difference in cost, how does your state compensate for road use?
If they don't have any plan in place, what are their plans for the future on this issue?

Hi, I'm a retired electrical engineer living in norther Colorado. I'm pre-order #1358. I've followed Arcimoto for several years and can't wait to get my FUV. Having owned, built, and worked on bikes my entire life I am excited about an all electric one. I have a spot in my shop right next to my Indian and Goldwing trike just waiting for the FUV.

All I have to say is that it's been too quiet around here.

Happy birthday to my pre-order.

About a year ago, I decided that the SRK had a good chance of getting past design and into production.  I determined that it would be reasonable for at least 70% of my regular driving in a year.  I calculated that the gas savings would offset half of the price of the vehicle over six years.  This was enough for me to pull the trigger and pre-order.

I am expecting the signature series builds to finish by the end of Q1 2018.  The pilots to finish in Q2 2018.  I am hopeful that my production FUV will arrive before the end of Q1 2019.  All looks good for now.
